Easy setup and I liked the picture from the start

Very sturdy and colorful. Nice quality camera and cords. Great directions for app and hookup. Directions to assembly of house and supplies, itself were a little unclear.

It’s pretty good, but your instructions are incomplete. You say how to set it up, but there’s nothing about how to install it. I shouldn’t have to go on the Internet to find that out.

Fun feeder that was easy to assemble. The app is not as user-friendly as I had hoped. I expect to like it more as I learn more about it.

The Birdy feeder was easy to assemble. The app has not been as user friendly as I had hoped. YouTube videos mostly tell about assembly but I would like one showing/describing the app & features.

I don’t like having to disassemble the barrel from the base to add nectar.

I was surprised it did not come with a hanger. The app is not specific to the bird feeder which threw me off. I had to go to YouTube to find instructions on how to put everything together. The instructions that come in the box are only for setting up the app. The bird feeder itself seems very sturdy and it came with accessories that I wasn’t expecting! I am excited to see the quality of the camera capturing the birds!

Am very interested in seeing how this will work. It seems very complicated to fill since you cannot fill through the top. It’s assembled and I’m waiting for my first hummingbird.

Only wish it was bigger, to allow for more activity. Mine was lacking an SD card, so ordered separately, not sure if it was supposed to be included. Overall, we are very pleased

Good features and easy set up but hanging strap doesn’t work — the loop holes are too low, so it hangs at an angle instead of flush against the post.

I have not used the feeder yet (hence the rating) but can say, set-up was a breeze.

I love the look of the unit and I’ve already had some bird activity. I also love that it feeds multiple types of birds because I also love humming birds and keep other feeders around. The only thing so far I found that I don’t care for is that the mount isn’t quite strong enough on the pole that I have with the strap that I was sent so I’ve used double-sided tape to secure it. The only other thing that’s been disappointing is my SD card will not be recognized and it seems to be installed properly it just doesn’t recognize it and I didn’t realize that I was going to have to pay for all these additional services to watch the birds other than just a snapshot here and there. But I do love it and I’m enjoying seeing the activity.

Our order was missing the SD card. Customer service approved a replacement. Just installed and ready to watch our Happy birdies!!

I had a little trouble with the internet at first, but all is well. The camera is really good!

Just set up the bird feeder so too early to give a review, I do feel the instructions for setup were not clear.

I just assembled the feeder, haven't used it yet. Positive reviews influenced my purchase. The camera housing in my previous feeder was sealed better. Hoping this camera won't gather dirt and water since the card/ battery access is facing up.

Not sure yet, just started.
